A small portfolio,
run properly.
One live consumer product. Further ventures in retail, hospitality and attractions in development.
A real-time routing companion for theme-park visitors. Park Attack reads live wait times, opening hours and the day's published schedule, then plans a route that fits the group — the toddler who can't queue, the teenager who only wants the coasters, the adult who wants lunch booked at one o'clock.
It covers 130+ parks worldwide, from the big resorts to the smaller regional days out. The aim is simple: do more, queue less, and stop pinching the paper map every five minutes.
Barnes Technology adds a venture to the portfolio when three things line up: the problem is real and named, the route to value is something we can describe in plain English, and we can commit to operating the product properly after launch.
Current development is focused inside retail, hospitality and attractions. We're not announcing what comes next until it's ready to be useful.
Specific problem
A named person in a named place with a named frustration. Not a market opportunity. A real Tuesday afternoon.
Plain-English route
We can describe how the product makes money, or saves time, or moves a number — without jargon and without a slide deck.
Operate it properly
We have the engineering practice, the support discipline and the appetite to run it for years, not quarters.
